“Had my 2018 Kia Soul towed here after getting in an accident. Later that day I came to get some belongings left in the car. That’s when I was approached by Jacob the owner of the shop. After a quick discussion I decided to keep my car here for repairs. Jacob really helped me out. He gave me a loaner to use while progressive issued me my rental. Overall it was a good experience. Jacob is about his business, and really seems to care for his clients. I hope I don’t get in another accident, but I know if I do I have a shop I can trust.”

“If I could give this place more stars I would, my vehicle had a small engine fire and from the moment their tow showed up the service and attention to my situation was beyond expected. “Jacob Salman was the one that helped us out with our 370z. The whole experience was incredible. He is easily the most patient, professional, and caring mechanic I’ve ever come across. My car was in the shop for a month after an accident and he went above and beyond to make sure it got all the parts necessary. And the best ones too. He kept me updated through pictures and texts the whole time. He is the type of person that cares and loves his work, and that it’s not just about the money. You can tell he truly loves what he does and it shows in his product. Definitely would recommend to everyone out there.”

Not only did I get a fair price for repairs to my car, but Jacob worked with my insurance company to make sure I got top quality replacement parts instead of the lesser repairs the insurance co. originally offered. I also had a problem after I took the car home, and Carzone fixed the problem completely free of charge... they really do hold up their end of the bargain as far as the gaurantee of their work. He also walked me through exactly what work was done when I picked up the car, walked around the car with me personally, and patiently answered all my dumb questions in laymen's terms. “When you have car troubles, people only see 1 of 2 things; for the customer, it’s seeing the money fly out of the wallet you most likely don’t have. For businesses it’s dollar signs going into the register. This is not the case.

Owner Jacob Salman, saw to it that my Jeep was being fixed correctly, timely, and found the best discounts for me and my situation. This made the horrific experience of hitting a deer costing over $8,000 worth of damage seem painless.

He makes the experience less of an uncomfortable transaction, and more like a “welcome to my home, relax, I’ll take care of you” feeling.

“Being new to the area after moving from the Northeast and getting into an accident, coming across Car Zone and doing business with them was one of the most pleasant experiences despite the unpleasant circumstances that brought us together. Having an accident on the weekend when no auto rental is open, without hesitation, I was given a loaner. The staff made arrangements for me to picked up that Monday by Enterprise to get my rental through my insurance company and the same when I had to return it. When the repairs took longer than expected and my rental ran out, they did not hesitate to arrange one of their loaners for me. Car Zone made everything easy and were professional throughout the entire process. They did a great job on repairs! My vehicle looks and runs like nothing ever happened!!! “My jeep was in a fairly bad front end collision, and I was sure they would just total it out. When the insurance company told me they could repair it I was skeptical, but after meeting Jacob, and walking the car with him he assured me it was in fact repairable. He then walked me around the shop and showed me the paint shop, mechanics bay, and other parts of his shop, and it was really impressive.

2 weeks later I picked up my jeep and it was better than I could have hoped for. Several pieces were replaced, some where repaired, and some were painted. All the work was well done, and looks even better than it did before the accident. They even threw some touch up paint on some scratches and misc dings.

I am very happy with the work and will be taking my vehicles here in the future. Jacob and his staff were very easy to work with and made the whole process painless.”

“Needed a radiator change on my Chrysler Sebring. Other mechanics quoted me 800 dollars. Brought it here and spoke to Paul. He worked with me and was very descriptive and informative as to what expenses he was changing and what he was tacking on to bring me something I could afford. The service was unlike anything I've ever experienced with mechanics as they're honestly known for subtly bringing more expensive repairs into the mix for more money. He was very concerned with my budget and wanting to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Ultimately he cut the cost of the repair in half. “I was involved in an accident on September 5. I own a 2015 Nissan Altima which I purchased on November 14. My back driver's side wheel was hit The driver who hit me did stop, but did not exchange information and left before the police officer arrived. I was able to give a limited description of her and her vehicle to the officer. My vehicle was towed to the storage lot affiliated with Car Zone. I spoke to Jacob and was assured that my vehicle would be well taken care of and repaired. I began praying that my insurance company would not total my vehicle. My prayers were answered. On September 10, my adjuster called me and stated that he was at Car Zone and repairs would begin. On October 5, one month after my accident, my car was ready to be picked up. I did not even recognize it, it was beautiful, washed, waxed, shining, and crystal clean on the inside, smelling fresh and like new! Each and every employee at Car Zone was so nice and professional to me, even though I asked lots and lots of questions, which were probably rambling type inquiries! They were patient and kind and I will never forget how nice they treated me. Jacob took care of my car and he took care of me, along with his awesome employees. I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Car Zone and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need. I received a life-time warranty on their body work and repairs. “Being in an accident is inconvenient. I was involved in a wreck on the toll way one evening and was towed to a gas station where I was met by a young man with a tower. After some persuasive conversation he towed me to his shop. Car zone auto shop.
It was a matter of minutes when the manager (Jacob) himself, came to open up and meet me after regular business hours and get my information.
Having your vehicle out of commission puts you out of sorts. You're anxious, stressed and just want it all to be over. But ask yourself this...
You want it done right? Or right now?

After all was said and done. Car Zone made sure my vehicle was better than it was before the accident.

I heard great things but I was more than impressed. I so appreciated how they initially looked over the car with me and explained what they planned to do. I had a time crunch and they took care of everything quicker than expected. When I called this morning about getting my Van service I spoke to a gentleman name Jerry awesome guy that's where the excellent customer service took place and it kept rolling from there... Drop my van off during lunch which is 30 mins ... They provide a shuttle service which took me back to work on time.. Enrique the driver of the shuttle service was very pleasant and talk to me on the way there and on the way back he came and pick me from work.. and can I say he was 15 mins early and waited for me to get off if work.. Now that is customer service!!!.. my van was service with no problems and rides amazing I don't want anyone to drive my van now but me cause it drives so smooth... A great place to get your car service for a lifetime.”

“I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP! I am beyond satisfied with the great work CarZone has done to my 2010 Chevy Silverado. This was my first accident and I've heard how lost one can be and how frustrating it is but Carzone made this claim experience easy. They explained to me the whole repair process & lifetime warranty. They were very friendly. Not only did they help me with my claim but they helped me out with a loaner car since the insurance wasn't able to approve me for a rental the same day of the accident. Carzone also fixed the door handle, and some minor prior damages at no additional cost. When i got my truck back it looked amazing, probably even better than before the accident. The repairs took about 2 1/2weeks but it was all well worth it.”
